A total of 1,939 owners, or 97.7 per cent of those in blocks A to H at Hong Fu Court in Tai Po, had signed and returned letters accepting the government’s acquisition offer by midday on 30 August 2026.

The acceptance period ends on 31 August. Owners who intend to sell their ownership interests but have not yet responded must sign and return their acceptance letters by 5pm that day.

The government had also signed sale and purchase agreements with 1,541 owners, representing 77.7 per cent of the estate’s owners.

The Housing Bureau said its briefing teams were contacting owners who had not responded and offering assistance.

Owners can submit documents through the briefing teams, collection boxes at the Housing Authority headquarters in Ho Man Tin or other designated channels. For letters sent by post, the deadline is determined by the postmark.
