About 20 injured in minibus and truck collision on San Tin Highway

A public light minibus and a truck collided on San Tin Highway in Yuen Long at about 9am on October 12, with reports putting the number injured at about 20.

The minibus driver was trapped and freed by firefighters. HK01 reported that one person was seriously injured.

Police were investigating the cause of the collision. The Transport Department announced that part of the highway towards Yuen Long was closed; drivers could use the remaining lanes.
