A boy reported to be about 13 died after a suspected fall from Ching Yuk House in Tsz Ching Estate, Tsz Wan Shan, on 12 October.
A security guard reported finding him outside the house at 8.31am. Rescue personnel confirmed he had died at the scene, and firefighters helped bring his body to ground level.
Police were investigating how he fell and establishing his identity, HK01 reported.
