A jury convicted all five men of having sexual intercourse with a girl under 16, who was 14 at the time. Four were also convicted of indecent assault; the YouTuber defendant was acquitted of that charge but convicted of two counts of assault occasioning bodily harm.
The firefighter defendant was additionally convicted of non-consensual anal intercourse. The offences took place between May 3 and June 2, 2023.
The judge said the men would be imprisoned, but their sentences have not yet been imposed. They were remanded for mitigation and sentencing on October 30, 2026.
Before then, the court is to receive a trauma report concerning the girl and a background report on the primary-school teacher defendant.
