Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited received nine bids for three sites in the first phase of the Hong Kong Park of the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Co-operation Zone. The second-round tender closed at noon on 20 October 2026.
The sites may be used for laboratories or offices. One site may be configured with a separate plot for talent apartments. The successful bidders will be responsible for the sites’ design, construction, financing and management.
The company said it would assess the bids against established tender criteria and announce the results of both rounds before the end of 2026.
