A KMB bus had its upper-deck windscreen shattered after reportedly colliding with the arm of a crane truck near Computer City in Wan Chai at about 1:19pm on 15 August 2026. The bus was travelling west along Hennessy Road towards Central, according to a report by Star Headline.
The crane truck was handling bamboo scaffolding when the collision occurred. The report said the crane arm may have been handled improperly, but this was presented as a possibility rather than a confirmed cause.
