A man in his 40s died after falling at a construction site on Po Kin Road in Sheung Shui.
The fall happened at about 4pm on October 5. Rescue personnel found the man unconscious and took him by ambulance to North District Hospital for emergency treatment.
He was suspected of having fallen from a temporary office inside the construction site.
Police were investigating the circumstances of the fall.
