A man was rescued from an electrical cabinet on Ap Lei Chau Bridge on October 20 after remaining there for about three hours. He was brought to safety at around 9pm.
Police negotiators tried to persuade him. A boat was positioned below the bridge as a precaution.
He was taken by ambulance to Queen Mary Hospital for examination. Some lanes heading towards Ap Lei Chau were temporarily closed during the incident.
