A four-year-old male black-and-white cat went missing from a vegetable stall at 6 Tsap Tseung Street in Happy Valley on 14 October. The cat wore a collar with an AirTag.
Shop staff said the AirTag signal was recorded on San On Street in Tuen Mun at about 1am on 15 October. HK01 reported that the tracker’s latest location remained at an industrial building on the street.
An employee suspected the cat had been taken. Staff reported the disappearance to police that morning, and police classified the report as a theft case. Staff also posted an online appeal seeking information about the cat.
