A school bus carrying students to Tai Po Baptist Public School struck a stone barrier near an estate vehicle entrance on On Po Road, Tai Po, at about 8.27am on 7 October.
Nine students — six boys and three girls — were injured or felt unwell. Emergency workers assessed them at the scene, and all nine were taken to hospital. Most were able to board ambulances themselves, while one needed help getting onto a stretcher, according to HK01.
The driver reportedly continued to the school after the collision, dropped off the students and then returned to the scene to report it. Police were investigating the cause of the crash.
