K Wise Limited, the seller at One Stanley, said on October 9 it would add six years of structural maintenance cover from completion, on top of the existing three-year repair period.
The offer follows reports that the floor-slab rebar in one detached house did not match the plans. K Wise said the house’s overall structure showed no obvious danger. The investigation was ongoing, and the company said it was not appropriate to comment on technical matters that had not yet been verified.
The company said it would arrange inspections by independent qualified professionals for owners and buyers. It had contacted owners who had completed their purchases and was contacting buyers whose transactions were still in progress. K Wise would cover the inspection costs; further arrangements would be announced later.
