Seven injured as minibus and goods van collide on Sha Tin road

Five people were taken to hospital after the route minibus collision, which also obstructed traffic at the scene.

A route 60P minibus and a goods van collided on Sha Tin Rural Committee Road at 9.13am on 29 September, injuring seven people, including the minibus driver and six passengers.

Five of those injured were taken to hospital, while the other two received treatment and left. Multiple ambulances attended, and traffic was obstructed at the scene.

Police were investigating the cause of the collision. HK01 reported that the goods-van driver was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.
