Two private cars and a Citybus bus collided on the Kwun Tong Bypass on the evening of October 15.
Citybus said two bus passengers and two people in a private car had minor injuries. Star Headline reported three people with minor injuries: a bus passenger, a private-car driver and a passenger.
The Transport Department initially closed all lanes towards Yau Tong near Hongkong Post Building. At 10:15pm, a driver told HK01 that traffic was congested and vehicles could not turn from Prince Edward Road East onto the bypass.
In a later update, the department said some lanes remained closed towards Yau Tong and some lanes in the opposite direction, towards Tate's Cairn Tunnel, were also closed. Traffic was busy.
