Truck overturns after collision at Tsuen Kam Interchange, injuring both drivers

A 16-tonne medium truck overturned after colliding with a private car at Tsuen Kam Interchange at about 6am on October 5. Both drivers sustained minor injuries, and one was taken to Yan Chai Hospital for treatment.

The truck driver was briefly trapped after the vehicle door was damaged, but got out of the cab before rescue personnel arrived.

After the crash, the Transport Department said some lanes at the interchange were closed, while the traffic queue extended beyond it.
