The Independent Commission Against Corruption has charged two former senior executives of Johnson Cleaning Services Co Ltd over alleged bribes totalling more than HK$75 million linked to purchases of cleaning vehicles and maintenance services.

At the time, one defendant was a director of the cleaning company and chief executive of its parent company. The other was Johnson Cleaning Services’ general manager.

The ICAC alleges that, from November 2024 to January 2026, a supplier paid the bribes and received favourable treatment when the company bought multiple batches of cleaning vehicles and related maintenance services worth more than HK$160 million.

The defendants face one count of conspiracy to accept an advantage as an agent. The ICAC filed the charge on 30 October, and the pair appeared at Kwun Tong Magistrates’ Court on 2 November.
