Owners at Wang Fuk Court had until 15 October 2026 to sign sale and purchase agreements. Secretary for Housing Winnie Ho urged those who had not signed to act promptly, according to remarks reported from her social-media account.
Ho said the government would consider suitable arrangements case by case if special circumstances prevented an owner from signing in time. She said the approach would be guided by compassion, reason and law, with compassion first.
As of 14 October, more than 350 households had chosen units through the special sales plan. Separately, more than 20 households had bought subsidised-sale flats through the green-form secondary market, according to Ho’s update.
