A construction worker was found hanging at a site on Fuk Tong Road, Kwun Tong, shortly before 3pm on October 2 and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The deceased was a 48-year-old construction worker. Police said their preliminary assessment was that he had used a safety rope. No suicide note was found, and an autopsy would determine the cause of death.
