Greater Bay Airlines starts direct Surabaya flights four times a week

Greater Bay Airlines began its first Indonesian scheduled route on 25 September 2026, giving travellers a direct connection between Hong Kong and Surabaya. Flights operate four times a week, on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, to Juanda International Airport.

Outbound flight HB211 leaves Hong Kong at 6:15pm Hong Kong time and arrives in Surabaya at about 10pm local time.

Surabaya is the capital of East Java and Indonesia’s second-largest city, as well as an important port and commercial centre. The city is also near attractions including Mount Bromo.

Return flight HB212 departs Surabaya at 10:45pm local time and arrives in Hong Kong at 4:30am the following day, according to flight information reported by HK01.
