Hong Kong is set to host CoinDesk’s Consensus summit for three consecutive years, from 2027 to 2029, the Hong Kong Tourism Board and CoinDesk announced. The city hosted the conference in 2025 and 2026.
The next edition is a conference covering artificial intelligence, blockchain and digital assets.
The Tourism Board says each recent edition brought more than 350 related events across Hong Kong, including forums, networking receptions, company launches, investor meetings and start-up activities. It expects the summit to attract more high-value convention visitors and create opportunities for visitor spending and business cooperation.
The Consensus Hong Kong conference chair says artificial intelligence and digital assets will be core themes of the 2027 programme.
