Updated personal-interest declarations dated 24 September show little overall change among Hong Kong’s chief executive, politically appointed officials and Executive Council members. Janice Tse Siu-wa, secretary for the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau, remains listed with 22 properties and nine parking spaces.
Her holdings comprise 14 residential, five commercial and three industrial properties. Tse took office on 30 March with 25 declared properties and reduced that total to 22 in May. The latest declaration changes a Sham Shui Po unit from self-use to rental.
The Secretary for Security declared no land or property and had not acquired any since the previous declaration.
The Heung Yee Kuk chair declared 437 land parcels across Hong Kong, along with multiple residential or commercial properties. His total is one parcel lower than last year after a reduction in Yuen Long.
