Merry Balloon Hong Kong is scheduled to bring a 10-day balloon market to Kai Tak Sports Park from 18 December 2026.
The market will be held at East Village, with cafés, food shops and creative and cultural shops among its attractions.
A giant-balloon parade is planned for 27 December at Dining Cove and is advertised as free to watch. Organisers say the event will feature nearly 20 international and local characters, including Cookie Monster, Snoopy, Monopoly and SpongeBob.
An earlier preview event is scheduled for 27–29 November on Pak Sha Road in Causeway Bay.
