A 43-year-old man sustained injuries to his face and neck in a suspected knife attack inside a village house on Ka Fuk Lane, Tuen Mun, at about 7pm on September 24.
The injured man ran outside and sought help from passers-by, who helped him report the incident. Police and ambulance crews attended, and he was given initial treatment before being taken by ambulance to Tuen Mun Hospital while conscious.
Police arrested a 46-year-old man described as the injured man’s brother near the house on suspicion of wounding. Police were investigating the reason for the suspected attack.
