A 21-year-old motorcyclist died after crashing on a Clear Water Bay road while travelling towards Kowloon, Star Headline and i-CABLE News reported.
The crash happened at about 1am on 16 September 2026, when the motorcycle lost control at a bend near a beach and hit a stone embankment. The bike overturned in the collision.
The rider was found unconscious with multiple injuries, and rescue personnel took him to Tseung Kwan O Hospital for emergency treatment.
i-CABLE News reported that the crash scene contained substantial bloodstains and a bloodstained helmet, while the motorcycle was badly damaged. Police closed the scene for examination, and a traffic-investigation unit in East Kowloon was following up the case.
