Suspected dashcam footage circulating online appears to show a man holding a baby kicking a white suitcase and a baby stroller during a confrontation with a woman in Prince Edward, before pushing her to the ground and briefly pinning her.
The footage, described in reports as having been recorded by a private car, shows the woman carrying the suitcase while the stroller is beside the man. He kicks the suitcase, turns and kicks the stroller, then moves towards the woman and pushes her down. The video ends after he gets up.
At 12.34am on 20 September, police received a passerby’s report that a man had attacked a woman at the junction of Ki Lung Street and Cedar Street. Officers went to the location but found neither person, who were believed to have left.
Police classified the matter as a dispute for follow-up.
