The Weeknd’s final two Hong Kong shows on the After Hours Til Dawn Tour are scheduled for October 30 and 31 at Kai Tak Stadium. Kai Tak Sports Park has urged fans to arrive early, use public transport and allow extra time for ticket checks, security screening and baggage storage.
Security screening is due to begin at 4pm, admission opens at 6pm and the concerts start at 8.15pm. The Sports Park expects heavier crowds around Kai Tak and on the Tuen Ma Line during the October 30 arrival period, which coincides with weekday rush hour, other activities and a football match in the park.
Fans must use the gate and entry time shown on their ticket and undergo ticket checks, belongings inspections and metal-detector screening. Standing-ticket holders should queue in the designated area at Gate B or Gate Y and follow staff instructions. Items listed as prohibited include laptops, tablets, professional recording equipment, selfie sticks, tripods and anything larger than 38 x 30 x 20 centimetres. Plastic or silicone bottles and cups are allowed only if they hold no more than 600ml, have no cap and contain no liquid. The organiser’s latest entry notice has the full restrictions list.
Fans wearing Halloween outfits are advised to leave illuminated devices at home and avoid headwear or costume accessories that could block other people’s view. Paid baggage storage is listed as available from 3.30pm to 11.15pm on show days at three points: on the 1M level of the Kai Tak sports-and-arts venue, near Central Square; outside Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground; and at the cross-border coach area at Kai Tak Stadium. Some locations offer self-service QR-code check-in.
After-show passengers can catch 11 special bus routes from the roadside pick-up area on Sung Wong Toi Road. Route SP12 serves passengers heading to Huanggang; route A25S goes to the Hong Kong port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, where passengers can connect by shuttle bus to Macau or Zhuhai, or continue to the airport.
After 4pm on show days, taxi stands at Kai Tak Stadium and the Kai Tak sports-and-arts venue are for drop-offs only, with no pick-ups. Kai Tak Stadium has no public parking for vehicles without reservations.
