A woman in her 40s suffered a serious hand injury while cutting grass at Diamond Hill Cemetery near Po Kong Village Road in Wong Tai Sin at 9.53am on September 26, 2026.

She was using a sickle when she cut herself. The wound involved her left index finger and was reported to be deep enough to expose bone. She remained conscious, and emergency personnel took her to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.
