Car overturns on Kwai Chung Road, closing Tsuen Wan-bound lanes

A private car overturned on Kwai Chung Road at about 10pm on Thursday, 29 October, prompting the closure of all lanes towards Tsuen Wan.

The car struck water barriers near Lai King Station and came to rest on its roof. The driver climbed out and reported the crash. He was not injured and did not need hospital treatment.

The Transport Department announced that the closure covered the Tsuen Wan-bound carriageway between Lai King Estate and Kwai Fu Road.
